Honda releases CR-V comparison video

Prior to the debut of brand new fifth generation Honda CR-V in Malaysia, the premium SUV receive great receptions from the public. On last week, Honda releases a video comparing both fourth generation CR-V 2.4L and fifth generation CR-V 1.5L Turbo side by side. The video signifies a big improvement of Honda technology and design language for the CR-V. Not to mention, the video showcases the significant Honda Sensing Safety Suite features. It is estimated that Honda CR-V will be launching at August.

Hyundai Kona international debut

The anticipated Hyundai Kona finally made its international debut, the Kona is Hyundai new B-segment SUV. The Kona has the sporty exaggerated exterior and alien-like LED headlamp design that targeted the young consumer market. The Kona comes with 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that goes from 0 to 100km/h at 7.7 seconds. Buyers will also able to have a choice for front or all-wheel drive (AWD) and the list of safety features which include Hyundai Motor’s Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Keeping Assist, Driver Attention Alert, Static Bending Light and Smart High Beam.

Apple Tim Cook confirms self-driving car plans 

Apple's chief executive has confirmed it is developing a self-driving car system. However, Tim Cook indicated that it is too soon to say whether it would license the tech to other carmakers or try to build its own vehicles. Cook also mentioned that Apple is more focused on self-driving technology and not necessarily the car itself. (SOURCE: BBC)

Touch ‘n Go reload booths closed on Raya

To facilitate smoother traffic flow during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri festive season, all toll plaza Reload Lanes on PLUS-operated highways will be closed. The move is aimed at reducing and preventing traffic congestion due to long queue at reload lanes at the toll plazas. PLUS urges the public to reload their electronic cards at 9,200 other reload lane locations across the country. This includes at ATM machines, 24-hour convenient stores and petrol stations, to name a few.

Weekly Fuel Price Update, RON95 fall from 2 ringgit mark.

The good news continue for the third week of June, RON 95 will be priced at RM1.98 per litre (-RM0.07) RON 97 will be priced at RM2.24 per litre (-RM0.07) and Diesel will be priced at RM1.88 (-RM0.06).

2018 Volkswagen Polo revealed before official release

You are now seeing the new generation of Volkswagen Polo. As previous teasers and spy photos confirmed, the new Polo – shown here in top-shelf GTI and style-focused R-Line form, Both Polos are notably larger than the model it replaces.

The R Line has different bumpers with gloss black elements, including the roof, bigger tires, and black lip, side and roof spoilers. The GTI adds even bigger wheels and tires along with honeycomb grille patterns and red elements on the front.

The exact power output numbers is yet to be released, we can’t wait to see VW bringing them to Malaysia.
